The ranch offers year-round western-style lodging that can accommodate 22 people. Not only is it an ideal site for your fly-fishing vacation, but also perfect for hosting horseback excursions, trophy hunting expeditions, business seminars and conferences, family reunions, holiday parties or special occasions.

Featured on this scenic property is a 115-year old barn that has been renovated to include three downstairs suites, each with a queen size bed and a private bath. The loft includes a spacious area with whiteboards suitable for meetings as well as a lounge and a big screen TV.

The remodeled Wrangler’s Cottage is the original “hired man’s” house, and its spacious floor plan includes two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, one bath, a sitting area with a pull-out sofa and a kitchen.

Situated along the banks of Rainey Creek are the Rainbow and Cottonwood Cabins. Each cabin features two bedrooms with queen size beds, one bath and a microwave and mini refrigerator.

Your stay includes lodging, a hearty ranch-style breakfast with Ann's famous grits served in our new multi-purpose facility, use of a tennis court, horse shoes, croquet, outdoor grilling facilities, the common area in the loft of the barn and the big screen TV.
